Mr.R.Regnanathan founded family run refractory company in 1982 and he started the Sri Renga Refractory in the year of 1996 and the company manufactures a wide range of refractory bed materials and present business turnover is 5.Cr per year. Having plans to start up an automated Advance Refractory Bed Material Manufacturer Plant.
- We introduce ourselves as the leading manufacturer of fire clay refractory bed material since1996 and we are very much pleased to inform you that we have Ultra Modernised new plant operations recently using state-of-the art infrastructure with an installed production capacity of 3000 MT per month to manufacture Fire Clay.
- Refractory AFBC & CFBC Boiler Bed material in 120 Feet Rotary Kiln for effective calcination processes done under 1200 degree Celsius and separated passed to Electro magnetic flux machine to separate Iron particles in order to cater to the needs of our valued customers who have been demanding it for quite some time. It is common knowledge that we have been engaged in the business of production and sale of refractory boiler bed materials for a long time and our new production is totally based on a deep R&D with respect to the application in power plants.
- Also, we would like to bring to your kind attention that our new production which is being marketed is of a superior quality using prime raw materials adopting the most modern techniques which other manufacturers could not even imagine since they use only recycled and crushed refractory materials as basic raw material as is being done in a particular segment of plastic industries.
- Hence running a power plant using our boiler bed material will result in higher cost savings, less consumption, higher efficiency besides productivity. Moreover, it is very reasonably priced in spite of higher costs of inputs, after absorbing much of the costs for ourselves to retain the brand image & reputation.
